Hn, Monday already. And I'd been enjoying the weekend. I got quite a bit done at home. Marial bought a new bed spread; I've been told it's "forest green" with "mint" squares.

Whatever that means. It's comfortable, which is all I care for.

Lets see. Today there's a phone call I need to be apart of at noon. Several members from other companies too far to travel will be on the line. We'll be discussing next months case entitled Them v. You v. Me. Interesting name for such a case. I look forward to hearing what it's about. Luckily, none of the members of SSI are involved. I have nothing of much importance to talk about yet, though it's still early in the day. Kyouraku, I'm glad to see I didn't end up with any more paperwork on my desk. Keep up the good behavior and you might actually make it through a week.

I'm just waiting for some sort of complaint to hit my desk about the health issue. I don't think it should be coming to me, seeing as I'm not a doctor, but somehow it ends up here anyway. Unohana, if I get anything remotely like a health complaint I'll be sending it over to you. It makes the most sense that way, I believe. Though, have you spoken with Yamamoto? He may have returned but that doesn't mean he's well. . .

Shuuhei, despite the lack of deliveries, I'll be downstairs for lunch as usual with Saijin. Take any messages for me and call if something urgent comes up, as usual. But be careful. If it does storm, turn that computer off.

Early this morning I had a meeting with a few men from the legal offices of related companies. It seems that one of these companies---I'm not permitted to disclose who---has an employee trying to file against us for bad management. I was in shock to hear that a complaint was to be filed against my boss.

I understand it's hard running a company at that age, but this is the first I'd heard about problems beyond my reach.

Luckily, I managed to talk the man into talking to the employer about removing the complaint and should be expecting a call about it sometime today, if not Monday.

There are rumors reaching my office that I would like to dismiss. Firstly, the most recent perhaps most irritating about homosexuals in the work place. Legally, the company must hire a person if they meet all of the qualifications and are needed in the work place, regardless of their sexuality, as well as several other means. Whether or not these men are gay doesn't matter, and therefore this rumor needs to end. In the modern world, one can never really know who they're talking to either. *sigh*

Secondly, as I was out in a meeting on Friday with a handful of reporters. . .we have not hired any current or alleged mafia personnel. If it comes to our attention that we in fact, have, he or she will be dealt with. Return to your work and forget about this mess. There is nothing to worry about.

Thirdly, it is not that hot and it hasn't been. Although I would like the water I've been stepping in to be mopped up soon. Thank you.
